SCISYS awarded place on UK Power Networks’ system integration framework

SCISYS PLC is pleased to announce that SCISYS UK Limited (“SCISYS”) has won a place on UK Power Networks’ System Integration Framework.

SCISYS has been awarded a place on the framework to provide UK Power Networks with system-integration capabilities for delivering industry systems infrastructure, application development and end-to-end programmes of work as the prime integrator.  Following an intense procurement process, SCISYS has secured a place on 3 lots to provide, Power Systems (IoT), Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Industry Systems.

The 3-year contract, which includes an optional 2-year extension, is designed to support UK Power Networks RIIO-ED1 commitments to remain the lowest priced, most reliable and innovative Distribution Network Operator (DNO) group.

UK Power Networks provides power to approximately a quarter of the UK’s population via its three regulated electricity distribution networks.
